Ms. Denise Meister, Principal
Denise MeisterHello!  I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as the new principal at Hinojosa EC/PK this upcoming school year.  Prior to coming to Hinojosa, I was the principal at Worsham for nine years, an assistant principal at Stephens Elementary School for 11 years and was a fourth grade teacher /skills specialist at Francis Elementary.  I grew up in a farming community near Ceylon, Minnesota. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Education from Minnesota State University and my Masters of Administration at Sam Houston State University. I am certified as a Principal. The MacArthur community is very important to me. There are amazing parents and community members in the area that I have had the pleasure of working with over the years. I am so excited to work with the Hinojosa Staff to provide your three or four year old the best possible education and be ready for Kindergarten.  Our theme this year is "Think and Wonder. Wonder and Think." (Dr Seuss) so we want our students starting their educational career being curious and asking questions.
